How did it all start?

From an early age I have been fascinated by sport. Already at the age of 12, I started training in the gym and developing my skills in combat sports. For me, it was not only a form of physical activity, but also a way to develop character, discipline and interpersonal skills.

My passion for training turned into a professional career. I have gained extensive knowledge and experience as a personal trainer and instructor of various forms of physical activity. Over the years of working with clients of various levels and goals, I have gained the ability to adapt training to individual needs and expectations.

For me, working with people is not only a profession, but also a great satisfaction. I love to positively influence changes in the lives of my charges, motivate them to achieve their goals and observe their progress. I am proud to be part of their transformation, both physically and mentally.

Jestem zwolennikiem holistycznego podejścia do rozwoju fizycznego i zdrowego stylu życia. Wierzę, że równowaga między treningami, właściwym odżywianiem, regeneracją i motywacją jest kluczowa dla osiągnięcia długotrwałych rezultatów. Dlatego w mojej pracy jako trener staram się nie tylko dostarczać profesjonalnych i efektywnych treningów, ale również inspirować do pozytywnych zmian w innych obszarach życia.

In addition to the fact that as a personal trainer I focus on physical aspects, such as improving strength, endurance or condition, it is equally important for me to build a healthy mental approach in my clients. The right approach, motivation and positive attitude are the key!

I try to create a friendly, supportive and positive atmosphere during workout so that my clients feel comfortable and motivated to act.

I work with people at different skill levels, regardless of whether they are just starting their adventure with training or already have experience in sports.

My job as a personal trainer is not only to transfer knowledge and skills, but also to educate others about a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, regeneration and caring for your own body. Investing in yourself and your health is the best gift you can give yourself!
